Intelligent robotic system for finishing the flow part of the blades of gas turbine engines

The results of the analysis of manufacture accuracy requirements of the GTE blades are presented. The relevance and the possibility of automating the blades grinding and polishing processes using robotic systems are shown. The development concept and the structure of the intelligent control system for the robotic system based on the expert system are proposed. Information about the laboratory research robotic system for the experimental studies of the GTE blades finishing processing is presented.
