Operational regulation of the cutting process in metal processing technology systems

The article discusses the issues of the functional reliability of technological systems of metalworking through the use of multi-parameter systems of diagnosis and operative control of the cutting process by changing the cutting conditions during machining parts. Algorithms control the cutting process at the maximum temperature for the operation of drilling and turning of gray cast iron with cemented carbide tools were developed. The principles of operational control of the cutting process in technological systems of metal were presented.
