Dependence of the properties of porous abrasive tools from regulation of mixing molding material

At preparation of multicomponent molding masses of highly porous abrasive tools are increased requirements to the boot  order  and  time  of  mixing. 
As  experimental  studies  showed,  regulations  mixing  abrasive  masses  has  a  significant  impact  on  technological  and operational  properties  of  the  tool. 
In this paper, the influence on the strength of crude, deformation, hardness after firing and tensile strength of two options  for  mixing  with  serial  and  serialgroup  loading  scheme  components  abrasive  masses.
