Vibration Control of Technological Equipment in Manufacture

A matter concerning evaluation of the condition of the bearing parts of a spindle unit of machine tools. It is explained that implementation of methods of vibroacoustic diagnostic ensures the reliable evaluation of variations in the mode of operation of the spindle unit. Such variations leadto degradation of the bearing parts and loss of quality during machining. To ensure a timely decision regarding maintenance or repair, the registration of vibroacoustic signals during operation of the spindle unit is required.
