CNC tool for diagnostic and prediction of cutting tool wear in real time for turning processing

Main specifications for developing of diagnostic and prediction tool in real time were defined. Architectural model of tool with modular organization of software and possibility for integration of new diagnostic algorithms was built. Universal solution for diagnostic and prediction of cutting tools wear realization was offered as on the base ofexternal evaluator, and also as embedded evaluator in CNC system.
