Wheels of gears that are insensitive to mounting errors, working with a variable angle between the axles, are usually milled with a disk mill, the axis of which moves around the circle. With this method of manufacturing teeth, theoretically accurate engagement is not obtained. In this paper, an alternative method is considered, щ by means of adaptation to a horizontally milling machine for milling teeth with a finger mill. The proposed method can be useful, as it provides gearing with mating teeth at different angles between the axes.
