Investigation of cutting forces when deploying holes with a tool made of composite 01

When designing elements of technological systems of mechanical processing, systems of the metal-cutting machine, and also for calculation of accuracy characteristics of processing it is necessary to know the design loadings defined by forces of cutting. To date studies of the components of the cutting forces during the turning process by cutters made of composite 01 hardened steel SHX15 are provided. However, these results are although directly relevant to this work, but they cannot be applied to assess the force situation in the deployment process: the forces acting during deployment, attributed to a single tool blade, are always several times more than the forces acting at the turning process at the same levels of factors.
