Forecasting the thermal characteristics of machine tools for a complex mode of operation

The article describes the method for predicting the thermal characteristics of machine toolsworking on a cyclogram. To construct the predicted thermal characteristics of the machine tools, it is proposed to use a mathematical description of its experimental thermal characteristics obtained during continuous operation at a fixed spindle speed. A mathematical description of each thermal characteristic is made using experimental modal analysis. A feature of the mathematical description of thermal characteristics is their multimodal representation. The results of natural and computational experiments are presented in the article.
