Kinematic accuracy of the new generation of gear hobbing machines

The article relates about main aspectscreation kinematic error of CNC gear hobbing machines with direct-drive cutter and workpiece and precision achieved in the experimental machine accuracy class P mod. 5320F4, which was higher than 5 times the accuracy in accordance with GOST 659—89.The directions of the design and production of these machines, excluding the use of specific technologies, such as in the manufacture of traditional gear hobbing machines.
