Dynamics of soliton in the form of kink in the periodic field

In this paper the results of investigations of the action of the external periodic field on the velocity of the motion of kinks in the molecule of are described. To model the DNA internal mobility, the sineGordon model with two additional terms is used: the first term imitates effects of dissipation and the second one — the action of external periodic field with constant and with slowly changing frequency. Numeric solutions of the equations for kink velocity and coordinate as well as the results of calculations of the trajectory of the kink movement in the phase space are presented.
