Исследование динамических характеристик механической системы «шпиндельный узел»

Mathematical  model  of spindle unit has been  developed. Spindle unit is considered to be complex  mechanical vibratory  system  that  influenced  by  polyharmonic  excitation.  “Spindle  unit”  system  consist  of  three  partial  subsystems: tool/workpiece, spindle and quill, elastically mounted on machine bed. Joints of subsystems are: connection of mandrel with  spindle  and  bearing  supports  of  spindle.  For  making  equilibrium  equations  in  points  of  subsystems  disconnection method   of dynamical  compliances  is used. Dynamical   compliances  of subsystems are  defined by  using of initial parameters  method  in  matrix  form.  Calculated  and  experimental  results  of  natural  vibration  frequencies  of  grinding spindle  unit  ВСЗ  2765.250  А,  mounted  on  machine  table,  are  given.
