Ways to reduce the risk of wrinkling when flanging on a cylindrical surface of thin sheet steel

The problem of wrinkling during flanging on the cylindrical surface of sheet steel is described. The influence of the technological gap and the shape of the punch on folding is estimated. Ways to reduce the risk of wrinkling by changing the technological gap and the shape of the punch are proposed.
