Investigation of mechanical properties of polymer matrix modified by carbon nanotubes

The article presents the results of mathematical modeling of physical and mechanical characteristics of polymer composite materials modified with carbon nanotubes. As the polymer matrix chosen was an epoxy resin, a macroscopic filler was glass fiber. As modifying additives used multiwalled carbon nanotubes. The analysis of the mechanical characteristics of polymer composites depending on the geometric parameters of carbon nanotubes.
