Controlling stress state of the surface layer of nitride ceramic due to the purposeful changing the shape of its structural elements

The possibility to controlling the stress state of the surface layer of nitride ceramic of the purposeful to the change of the shape of its grains was shown. The effect of an influence depends on structural elements. In the intergranular phase and the matrix, the more favorable stress state in the nitride ceramics with round shape of grain, and grain surface in ceramics with of elliptical shape grain.
