Creation on the basis of processing of titanium chips nanostructured wear-resistant self-lubricating coatings on the surfaces of a technological tool

Magnetron high-frequency method of coating with a single source of spraying provides a uniform coating quality. The magnetron target with this method includes all materials that are part of the future coating. As the titanium component of the target, crushed titanium shavings are used. Techniques for grinding titanium chips and compressing of composite targets for magnetrons are described.
