The influence of the laser scan strategy on temperature in treatment zone by selective laser melting

Results of research of  thermal cycles in the area of selective laser melting for metal powders of bronze BrAA9 and steel 40CH13 depending on the distance between the tracks and scanning strategies. For optical diagnostics made a stand with built‑in pyrometer. Optimal strategy has been identified for creating multi‑layered objects from these powders. Obtained data on the influence of temperature scanning strategy in a zone the melt, which is important for optimization of selective laser melting a wide range of metallic powders.
